Logistics Transport Specialist

Logistics Support Coordinator: Are you ready to be the central pivot for our logistics and sales teams? We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual to join our busy Logistics Helpdesk. You will be the vital link between sales, projects, delivery, and our external partners. Handle queries (email, tasks, Teams calls) from Inside Sales, Projects, and Delivery Management.
Amend, update, and process orders, including 'Buy & Store' requests, within WMCS.
Proof of Delivery: Ensure the timely acquisition of PODs.
Claims Processing: Progress freight claims efficiently and within set deadlines.
Handle quotations, delivery tracking, invoice checks, and query resolution with courier partners.
Returns Management: Process return requests, coordinate customer collections and supplier RMAs, and process customer credits in SAP.
Provide cover for creating commercial invoice paperwork for international shipments.
The Logistics Helpdesk is a reactive environment that thrives on commitment and clarity. If you can confidently manage complex situations and maintain a positive outlook, you will excel here.
Experience in a similar logistics or administrative role is beneficial, but your aptitude for learning and taking charge is paramount.
