Job Description
World-leading derivatives trading firm experiencing a rapid growth trajectory looking for talented individuals to join their proprietary trader program.
We are looking for traders with at least two years of experience. If you are ambitious, competitive, and want the opportunity to develop and execute robust, market-leading trading strategies, this is the role for you.

The successful candidate will:
- Have direct exposure to and participation in live trading immediately
- Be passionate about the opportunity to execute proprietary trading Strategies
- Be ready and willing to own the risk of a proprietary trading book
- Relish the opportunity to work with smart, like-minded and ambitious individuals
- Enjoy being a key member of a high-performance team and work intimately with our traders
- Be continually pushed outside your comfort zone
- Commit to a rigorous and intense training program led by world-leading experts
- Assume complete ownership for maximising their rate of personal and professional development
- Will have direct exposure and involvement in all elements of the trade lifecycle and the technology that drives it.
Skillset:
- Quantitative degree and clear track record of proprietary trading experience required
- Preference for at least 2 years of industry experience
- Clear demonstrable knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies
Note: Character, drive, humility and a focus on delivering superior performance are non-negotiable requirements
