We are looking for experienced commodity traders, with a demonstrable edge and track record across several sectors, including but not limited to: OTC oil derivatives, base metals, precious metals, agricultural and soft commodities. Whether your experience is in discretionary market making or systematic strategies, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about the opportunity to execute proprietary trading Strategies
  • Be ready and willing to own the risk of a proprietary trading book
  • Relish the opportunity to work with smart, like-minded and ambitious individuals
  • Enjoy being a key member of a high-performance team and work intimately with our traders
  • Assume complete ownership for maximising their rate of personal and professional development

Skillset:

  • Clear track record of proprietary traded commodities
  • Excellent academics
  • At least 3 years of industry experience
  • Clear demonstrable knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies

Note: Character, drive, humility and a focus on delivering superior performance are non-negotiable requirements

Compensation: Market-leading. Comp structure will be base + a % of P&L
