Position Overview: Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialists with experience in the UK energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of energy products and services, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.
Responsibilities: Customer Support Specialist
- To deliver high quality customer services to the clients within your portfolio by managing complex queries.
- Ensure you support clients with: Data reporting, Portfolio management including Change of Tenancies, site additions and query management.
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resolutions and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the UK energy sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Salary GBP23,000 to GBP28,000 DOE
