Semilong Services Ltd, a comprehensive provider of Drainage, Construction, Civils, Roofing, and Maintenance services, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Drainage Operations Manager.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Drainage Manager to join our busy Northampton office. The right candidate will be able to maximise productivity whilst ensuring their teams have the correct equipment/information required to complete works safely and efficiently. Working hours 47.5 per week / Monday-Friday / 30 mins lunch
Responsibilities
- Planning/organisation of planned and reactive crews
- Providing internal & external blockage clearances
- Patching & lining
- CCTV surveys
- Tankering services to commercial and domestic customers
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within the drainage industry is essential along with being able to confidently “own” their role.
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Competency with I.T systems
- Full UK driving license essential.
- UK Resident
Salary and benefits
- We offer a competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience.
- 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays
