Service Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a qualified Drainage Engineer to join our Service Team at Tesco Property Maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering statutory requirements and proactive planned maintenance using our operating model to minimize equipment breakdown and impact on business.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues.
Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, maximizing productivity, and effectiveness.
Delivering high quality work standards across the estate, with year-on-year improvement.
Communicating and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge.
Using problem-solving skills and innovation to identify and develop solutions for key and common issues.
Representing the Tesco brand following business ways of working, demonstrating values-led behaviors, a positive attitude, and taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
Requirements
Full driving license.
Health & Safety awareness.
Communication & stakeholder management.
Office 365 knowledge.
Completed all technical training or upskilling modules relevant to skillset and or relevant experience.
Install/Repair underground Storm/Foul pipework, Sanitary Ware, water supply systems, and extending pipework to connect fixtures and plumbing to these systems.
Ideally, the completion of a Recognised Apprenticeship, Improver Programme, or Trade Proficiency Test.
Previous experience of Drainage and Plumbing, including mechanical repairs, lining, patching, dig-downs, unblocks, and CCTV surveys.
WJA and Confined Spaces qualifications are desirable.
