Job Details

Round9 Management is a Glasgow based Talent Management Company that helps fund young people from underrepresented backgrounds in Scotland to start a career in the film industry. Round9 specialises in finding clients from the grassroots level, supporting individuals who may not have previous acting experience, just a passion for film, and want to develop a successful career in the industry. We run on a transparent ethos dedicated to supporting and nurturing our clients throughout all phases of their career.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Talent Manager to join our growing team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a start-up talent agency with like-minded individuals who are passionate about film and the growing possibilities for talent in the industry. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, and strategically developing clients to maximise their potential. This includes talent management, managing client relationships and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities
● Ideally two years experience in a similar talent management role.
● Working closely with all team members to foster a good working culture for our clients.
● Support the development of a creative talent strategy that ensures the recruitment of
new talent and job retention for clients.
● Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, casting directors, and clients within our
Glasgow and London offices.
● Implementing a variety of workshops for clients to continually improve their skill-set as
actors.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent management and
recommend innovative solutions to improve business performance.
● Implement an approach to equity, diversity and inclusion in all talent management
initiatives that reflect Round9’s ethos and objectives.
● Extremely creative, personable and strong attention to detail.
● Be open to travelling to London for client work trips.
Working hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Location: In person role based in our Glasgow office, with occasional travel to our London office
