Human Resource Manager

Our client, a leading player in technology and telecommunications seeks Senior HR Manager with 7-10 years of experience. Be instrumental in supporting global growth, focusing on Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Dubai and or the Nordics. Your role will encompass overseeing essential HR functions, managing legal compliance, and fostering strong relationships. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a B2B product company in a cutting-edge industry.

Essential Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of HR management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR job functions, legal compliance, and familiarity with Middle Eastern (GCC) and/or the Nordics and European HR landscapes
  • Experience in a B2B product company, telecommunications, software/IT, or tech B2B background, or similar industries.
  • Ability to manage HR functions across different time zones.
  • Proven track record of working in a global environment

Qualifications and Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern and/Or the Nordics and European HR laws.
  • Demonstrated success in managing HR functions in international groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in HR-related IT tools, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
