Geotechnical Director - Trendsetting Design Consultancy
Our client is an independent consultancy based in central London specialising in construction, analysis and design of ground engineering work. They have a primary focus on large urban building sites, this includes commercial, residential, brownfield, and some infrastructure projects. With a reputation for working across the full project lifecycle, from pre-planning and pre-site acquisition through to validation and construction. They take pride in their diverse client portfolio, showcasing a broad range of exciting projects. Their inclusive structure encourages innovation and flexibility, setting them apart from larger multinational consultancies. they can pick and choose their projects, making them a preferred partner for those seeking dynamic and challenging opportunities.
Majority of projects are London-based. They have worked on some of London's most iconic buildings, such as Google HQ, Battersea Power Station, 30 Grosvenor Square and Nine Elms Square. They also work on projects abroad such as in the Middle East, Australia and the United States.
Our client also has their own in house GI contractor and hydro company allowing further for full autonomy on projects assigned.
Directs projects within a diverse portfolio spanning both UK and international schemes.
⦁ Supports other business initiatives, including geo-environmental disciplines, geotechnical and structural investigations, maritime consultancy, and monitoring & instrumentation.
Recognised as an industry leader in ground engineering consultancy.
⦁ Possesses a robust academic background in civil engineering and ground engineering.
⦁ Has successfully managed projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to detailed design delivery.
⦁ Competitive company/personal bonus (8%-10%) based on performance.
⦁ Flexible working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home per week.
⦁ 1 month per year fully remote working, can combine with annual leave allowing you to work aboard for a long period if desired.
⦁ Salary very much up for negotiation depending on qualities bought to the team.
