Recruitment Consultant - Engineering and Manufacturing

The Role

This is a fast-paced Recruitment Consultant position for an outstanding sales professional or existing recruitment consultant or resourcer. The core function of your role will be to identify talent in the market then attract, assess and support those candidates through their job search into a successful new position.

The Recruitment Consultant will be supported with a great tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, a large advertising budget on job boards, back-office access to job boards and cognism to help you identify and talk to leading UK talent.

Most of your business will be conducted over the phone and via Teams although you will be actively encouraged to utilise a multi-channel approach to your work including social selling, text and video.

This Recruitment Consultant position is a hybrid role based between our Bristol office and home.

· Some business to business sales or recruitment experience in any sector

The Package

· Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

· An achievable OTE in year 1 is £8K - £10K although it is uncapped so the more you put in the more you'll get out. In year 2 and beyond top performers have been able to double their base salary in bonus so the sky really is the limit
