Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our well-established client based in Glasgow City Centre, who are seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their team.
Completing Land and Buildings Transaction TaxReturns: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring full compliance with legalrequirements.
Drafting Conveyancing Documentation: Createlegal documents such as offers, missives, dispositions, discharges, and more,ensuring they adhere to all legal standards.
Preparing Estimates and Statements: Compile andpresent financial estimates and statements to clients, providing clear andprecise information.
Liaising with Clients Over the Phone: Maintainexcellent client relations by providing updates, answering queries, andoffering support via phone.
Our client is seeking individuals who holdproactive self-starting qualities, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and takeinitiative in their work. This role is full time, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. With a pay rate depending on experience.
