We are looking for an ambitious graduate with 1 to 3 years’ experience aiming to build solid experience as a Business Analyst.
You are an ambitious recent graduate looking for a company that can support your ambitious growth.
You get excited about participating in projects, dealing with tech, and improving processes.
You want to own your own projects and contribute to a higher goal, helping students find their ideal accommodations.
You are tech-savvy and have solid experience with Excel.
You understand what a digital product is and how to improve it.
You have either experience or want to learn SQL and Power BI.
Analysing project data related to investing in new properties or managing existing ones.
Analysing operational data (Maintenance, revenue, forecast, pricing etc), establishing KPIs, and gathering insights to suggest improvements.
Analyse current processes and work on data products to improve processes and make them more efficient and automatic.
Liaise with developers to improve dashboards to showcase relevant data by creating requirements and managing different improvement projects.
Contribute to the success of internal projects by improving processes and sharing key insights based on internal and external data.
Consolidating and analysing financial and commercial data, preparing budgets/forecasts, working with the business to iterate the underlying model, and summarised reporting for stakeholders. Analysis of commercial and financial KPIs, ad hoc commercial or financial analysis and modelling.
