We are looking for a 360-recruitment consultant who is keen on developing business and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates to support our business. There is scope for mentoring and supporting the managers across key accounts and as well as taking ownership in setting standards around best practise. It goes without saying that you are someone who is well-used to high-performance who will like to be visible and drive success through selling and continuing to scale relationships and opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid working position (3 days a week in our wonderfully located in our City of London (Monument area)/Bromley, Kent office. London office also provides shower facilities and underground parking for keen cyclists and motorcyclists.
a core member of the Contract Recruitment team, you will be expected to work autonomously and be proactive in making a name for yourself within the skillset which you focus. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions.
• least 5 years’ previous agency recruitment consultancy experience is essential for this post.
• experience within the flexible talent recruitment sector - ideally technology - but other sectors will be considered.
• will be adept at building relationships with clients/candidates via various methods including client visits, networking events, lead sourcing, pitching for business and growing your tech network.
