The Vacancy

We’re on the hunt for a talented Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team based in Telford. Joining us as a Sales Coordinator you'll have the benefit of working  Monday to Friday, no weekends . You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with one of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.

What does a Sales Coordinator here do?

This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. 
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales within the business for 2000 existing clients with income target of £1.7m and new business target of £590k
  • Managing and co-ordinating the activities of the sales team
  • Monitoring the sales teams performance and progress
  • Develop income opportunities from existing and new clients, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income
  • Provide accurate management information on sales process, market opportunities and team performance
  • Providing new and current staff training, coaching and mentoring to drive growth and retention levels

     

Who are we looking for to be our next Sales Coordinator?

This is an opportunity for an organised individual with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs. It’s essential that you have sales experience preferably gained from within the Insurance Industry from a similar role and it would be a bonus if you have any relevant qualifications, though we offer tons of opportunity to gain these once you join us.
