Social Media Manager

Proven experience working in social media, in-house or agency based.
~ Proven ability to strategically build brand love and brand community.
~ Solid understanding of social media and digital content.
~ Excellent project management skills.
~ Increase brand awareness through supporting key platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
~ To bring a growth mindset to building an engaged community around the brand: people within our target audience that share our values.
~ Provide reporting on community activity, engagement, and growth tracking against business goals.
~ Creating, scheduling, and publishing daily content across blog/editorial, user-generated content, social media channels.
~ Creating a content calendar, more detailed channel plans, and developing a plan for weekly customer newsletters and blogs.
~ Use your platform knowledge and creative skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing social content using the latest affordances on each channel.
~ Assist when required with new product shoots, including writing creative briefs and contributing to storyboards and mood boards and any other logistical requirements.
