Customer Service Advisor/ Data Entry- Remote Working

Located in London you will be joining our Hub team, where no two days will be the same. Support our Financial Planners and be a crucial part of the team ensuring their clients get a good administrative service, and they have you for theirorganisation and diary management.
A busy environment with lots to get involved with, we will help you learn our firm and productsfrom the ground up. Liaise with 3rd party providers and navigate provider platforms (easy to do, must be comfortable using software).
Co-ordinate Financial Planner's diaries and arrange client meetings.
Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and within specified timelines.
Experience in a Wealth Management, Financial Planning or IFA firm (6mths minimum).
A little knowledge of pensions, investments, mortgages and protection will jump you straight to the top of the queue.
Intermediate Excel skills - e.g. If you are a graduate looking to move from a job into a career, if you meet the above, please apply (non-grads are also welcome).
