A leading International personal care business who have seen consistent double digit growth in revenue over the last 5 years, are searching for their next Shopper Marketing Lead for EMEA to develop and execute strategic trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and strengthen brand presence in key markets worldwide.
Develop and implement comprehensive shopper marketing strategies to support sales growth and market expansion.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and brand management to align shopper marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing plans.
Create compelling marketing materials, promotions, and sales tools tailored to the needs of trade partners and customers.
Manage shopper marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors, negotiating promotional opportunities and joint marketing initiatives.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve trade marketing strategies and tactics.
The ideal candidate will come from a Global or Regional FMCG background in Shopper / Trade or Customer Marketing. Ideally experience in personal care but other categories will be considered.
