Sassi Holford is an international bridal and womenswear design company – one of only a few still manufacturing in the UK. It operates two retail outlets in London and Somerset and an ecom site, and wholesales to high end retailers in the UK, USA and beyond. The company has forty years of solid, organic growth and is implementing an expansion plan for the next five years. Sassi Holford is renowned for creating elegant clothes, made to the highest standards in her Somerset atelier. Job Description Sassi Holford is seeking a three, four or five day-a-week Marketing Manager to set the tone and style of all marketing activity and to create and execute campaigns that engage and inspire their audience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented, international team in a dynamic, creative environment, working closely with marketing and promotion suppliers and freelancers, to meet the brand development objectives set by the Directors. The position can be located in Taunton, Somerset or London but does involve working in both places some times, so could be a hybrid role. Responsibilities Marketing strategy for both Womenswear and Bridal, and both B2C and B2B Marketing budgets Creative direction of all marketing activity Execution of digital, social media and PR campaigns Planning, organisation and execution of photo and video shoots Marketing performance evaluation Experience & Skills Proven ability to engage with a discerning, luxury fashion audience Significant and credible experience of both digital and social media marketing Strategy development and implementation Creativity, style and good taste Attention to detail Time critical performance Leadership Remuneration A competitive salary reflecting experience and expertise 28 days paid holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays AXA Private Healthcare Nest workplace pension scheme
