As our Design Manager, you will:
Translate customer and business objectives into actionable design requirements and contribute to global strategies
Own the Design Process: Manage projects from conception to launch, ensuring critical-to-quality standards at every stage
Deliver Customer Value: Enhance satisfaction and performance for both B2C and B2B markets
Drive Innovation: Foster creative problem-solving and a culture of continuous improvement
Manage Projects: Keep milestones on track and budgets in check without compromising quality
Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with other teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth integration

Proven experience in design leadership within a product development environment
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects
