A job title often doesn't really describe what the opportunity equates to in many case, and that's certainly true for this one
This role could be called many things, a 270 Recruiter, Account Manager, Relationship Recruiter, Senior Recruiter ... the list goes on (Based in Brighton)
Perhaps you really love being a 360 recruiter, but would drop the new BD/ Sales element in a heartbeat?
Or, you're already a commercial 270 recruiter or Account Manager who wants to specialise in a vertical?
You maybe a branch manager who realises you don't enjoy 'managing a team' and want to get back to 'doing the job' with purely existing clients?
But more important than a job title is the fact that this is a pivotal role for an experienced recruitment professional, who LOVES all things client and candidate side, but just not the BD/new business.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter, who understands the importance (and also thrives) on building strong relationships. Someone who is comfortable being seen as an extension and true partner to their clients. Being business focused, and commercially aware is key to help support your clients. Perhaps you're someone who loves acting in an advisory capacity to their customers, and ultimately, by doing so, end up finding brilliant candidates for their client's?Helping your clients with their business challenges and getting really aligned with your recruitment solutions is key.
This is genuinely a rare and truly unusual opening to join a highly successful (non recruitment ) business, and It doesn't get much better than that when you'll not have to find clients
This role is really about delivering to their already existing clients, and building lasting relationships with them.
Someone who is passionate about really providing a first class service, who is driven to 'make things happen' and puts customers and candidates first.
