Associate (Lead) Geotechnical/Geo-Environmental Consultant
Location: Bristol (Hybrid, 2 days per week in-office)

As Associate you will lead a diverse portfolio of projects, from contaminated land investigations to large-scale infrastructure and development assessments. Managing geotechnical and geo-environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within timeframes, budgets, and client expectations.
Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and consultants, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Providing technical oversight, preparing reports, and delivering expert advice on site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies.
A strong track record in geotechnical or geo-environmental consultancy, with at least 7+ years of relevant experience.
A degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing projects.
A keen interest in business development and a drive to help grow Lucion’s presence in the region.
