Kenton Black Construction is seeking an experienced Regional Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental processes across the region.
- Collaborate with site-based management to deliver a safe and healthy working environment.
- Provide expert advice on project-specific health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction or General qualification (essential).
- Safety and Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ) (desirable).
- Experience in construction projects and associated hazards (essential).
- Experience in housebuilding (desirable).
