Atrium Healthcare is seeking experienced Senior Healthcare assistants who want to make a positive difference to the healthcare sector. We are supporting some of the most prestigious Care Homes and support units in the UK and continue to offer outstanding person-centred care on a daily basis. We support adults in various settings such as residential, Nursing, and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs. We are seeking individuals who want to join our fantastic team and continue to represent Atrium Healthcare to the highest of standards and deliver person centred care to all service users we support.

The ability to lead and direct a team of carers on shift
·A passion to support and care for others
·A minimum of 3 months UK care experience as a senior
·Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
·We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all service users and expect all staff to share this commitment.
Leading a shift
·Provide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
·Promoting independency to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing etc)
·Provide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
·Work closely in a holistic approach to care
·Free fully comprehensive training and development support
