We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise in data development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, optimize digital strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
  • Clean, validate, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain data models and databases for analytical purposes.
  • Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and solve problems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
