Our client is a global player in the Property sector, with a significant presence in London. As one of the largest real estate services firms, they provide comprehensive, integrated solutions to a wide range of clients, spanning from small businesses to multinational corporations.
Job Description
- Lead the management of contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
- Manage and lead a team within the facilities management department
- Develop and implement contract management strategies
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve contractual issues
- Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee the financial performance of contracts
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers
The Successful Applicant
- Qualifications in Electrical or mechanical systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Property industry
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in risk management and mitigation
- Ability to develop and implement effective contract management strategies
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience managing a team
