Addition+ is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in the Defence & National Security sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-profile clients, grow a specialist desk, and directly impact a strategic growth area for the business. What you'll be doing Engaging with the UK Defence & National Security market: Working across an evolving and expanding sector, staying on top of industry trends, and connecting with senior stakeholders across the sector Generating new clients: Proactively identifying, approaching, and winning new business opportunities across the Defence & National Security landscape. You'll thrive on building strong commercial relationships and turning prospects into long-term partners. Developing & maturing customer accounts: Taking ownership of existing accounts, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery excellence and adding value at every stage. Delivering current customer requirements: Proactively sourcing and managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. You'll have day one access to our current client base within the sector What we're looking for Proven track record in 360 recruitment or a client-facing sales role, ideally within technology, engineering, or security-focused sectors. A natural communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships. Ambitious, self-motivated, and commercially driven with a hunger to succeed. Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the UK Defence & National Security sector, with an appreciation for its unique challenges and opportunities. Familiarity with UK security vetting processes (SC, DV etc.) is highly desirable. What's in it for you? Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
