Who We Are: Central tuition team We are a team of 6 located in Northampton. The Role - Own Your Success As a Tuition Consultant, you will be at the heart of our business growth, playing a key role in expanding our network of educators and educational partners. You'll be responsible for: Driving Business Growth - Proactively identifying and securing new clients while managing existing relationships to maximize opportunities. Building Your Talent Network - Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top-tier tutors to support children in need. Sales & Relationship Management - Engaging senior education leaders, pitching tuition services, and structuring impactful tuition programs. Meeting & Exceeding KPIs - Managing your pipeline effectively, closing deals, and ensuring the highest service standards. Ensuring Compliance & Safeguarding - Maintaining rigorous adherence to company policies and government regulations. As a Tuition Consultant at TP Tutors, you play a pivotal role in connecting local authority services, educational institutions, and tutors to enhance the tuition experience for all children and young people. Prior experience in this field is not a prerequisite; what matters most is your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. You will become part of a dynamic team, collaborating with seasoned recruiters while having ample opportunities for career advancement, with our unwavering support every step of the way. If you decide to take on this role, your responsibilities will include: Sourcing new candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors. Managing the eligibility and vetting requirements of tutors to ensure they are suitable for work. Liaising with senior leaders to structure tuition programmes in line with the requirements of the client. Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and using clients in an allocated geographical area Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values. Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.
