Partridge of Hampshire are looking for a self-motivated and highly focused Car Sales Executive to join our team in Chandlers Ford.

Who are we?

Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. Toby Partridge, our ‘hands on’ Managing Director is leading the way and we are fast becoming the name for BMW and MINI across the region. Toby has spent 25 years working with BMW and is passionate about the brand and building a team around him who feel the same.

What is the role?

As a BMW Sales Executive, you will look forward to interacting with customers in our cutting edge showroom, which features eye-catching design and the latest technology, providing you with all the tools it takes to impress and inspire customers every time, not only meeting their needs but also enabling a great customer experience. You will guide customers through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries.

Our market is changing, and our customers are too, that is why we are dedicated to bringing tomorrow's driving experience to our customers today. As a BMW Sales Executive your enthusiasm and positivity will set you apart; you will be joining a like-minded Team, selling new and used cars, helping customers to feel unique and enjoying the satisfaction that comes from making every customer interaction memorable.

What will you receive?

Market leading basic salary + Commission = £60,000 OTE

30 days holiday including bank holidays

  Who you need to be?

To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver vehicle sales alongside providing the highest level of customer satisfaction

You will have a strong customer focus, problem-solving abilities and relationship building skills

You will bring us high-performing sales experience as well as a stable work record in a customer facing sales environment
