You shall work with a vast and impressive client base ranging from private individuals through to FTSE 100 listed companies, the choice and complexity of contentious work on offer is second to none and you shall actively contribute to the further development of the business.
You must have a minimum of 6 years' proven commercial litigation experience and will be a prolific negotiator with strong advocacy skills and a demonstrable track record within dispute resolution and ADR.
Whilst based in Aberdeen you will very much be part of the national team who are considered experts in their field.
You shall provide exceptional service to your clients, successfully guiding them through matters includingcompany disputes, breach of contract, commercial real estate litigation, insolvency, and professional negligence.
You shall be commercially astute, regularly exceed your fee income targets and will support and mentor less experienced team members and help them to achieve/exceed their targets.
