Internal Sales Executive
£Monday - Thursday, 8am-4:30pm & Friday's 8am-2pm
Our client, a well-established manufacturing business, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Braintree, Essex.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with external and internal customers, including end users, Technical Support, Planning/Logistics, and Sales.
Process and respond to incoming enquiries via fax, telephone, and email.
Notify line management of new contracts and pricing agreements requested by Key Account Managers.
Assist with the administrative process of returns in accordance with the quality process.
Collaborate with Sales and Planning teams to develop accurate part-by-part forecasts.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities.
Good IT literacy, including MS Office, Excel, and databases.
Professional and flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure.
