About the Opportunity

The newly formed Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Team are responsible for transforming and supporting all of the force's digital technology needs:

Predominantly supporting Staffordshire Police Voice environment and in areas such as call handling, call recording, call analytics and SIP telephony.

Preferable skillset:

  • Contact Centre technologies (Netcall Liberty)
  • SIP telephony systems (Unify Openscape)
  • SIP Trunk working
  • Voice Recording
  • Call Recording (Tiger)
