The Senior Receptionist will be a hands on individual, reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be will be responsible for providing reception services for Guests. You will contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. Duties include: Cheerfully welcome, help & support all guests Be an empowered & proactive duty manager

Empower guests to get the most out of their stay through being an expert on both in-house & local-area facilities and services To ensure that all guests are dealt with promptly upon arrival and departure, following the Companys Core standards. Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate offer this information to the guest. To ensure all documentation i.e. checks/bills are completed as necessary and carried out as per the hotel and company standards. Professionally and competently operate the telephone system in line with operating standards. The ideal candidate for the Senior Receptionist position should: Be an excellent team player Have great attention to detail Have excellent communication skills Display a positive and can do attitude at all times Work in a hectic environment but have the ability to remain calm Display a professional and courteous attitude to our guests What can we offer you?
