Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of online accounts, including platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and others. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to these accounts.
  • Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute effective strategies to enhance visibility, rankings, and sales growth on assigned platforms. Utilise knowledge of Amazon Ads, Wayfair Ads, and other advertising tools to measure and refine campaigns for optimal results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to develop annual brand and promotional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Product Management: Oversee pricelists and ensure accurate and timely product uploads. Identify opportunities for upselling and new product additions to drive incremental sales.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep up to date with performance metrics, category online trends, and consumer insights. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve overall online performance.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned online accounts through proactive account management and strategic initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Own all aspects of the account management process, including building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders and contacts at partner platforms.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in ecommerce account management, ideally with a focus on platforms like Amazon and Wayfair.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce sales strategies, SEO, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Ads, Wayfair Ads, or similar advertising platforms is highly desirable.
