Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid Working - 3 days a week in the office

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

About Us:

Our client is a leading company in the eCommerce/retail industry, they are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and enhance their online presence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliates.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the client's website.
  • Oversee PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and boost sales.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Mentor and manage a team of ecommerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliates, and campaign management.
  • Working knowledge of Magento.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, etc., is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
