The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Senior Supply Planning Manager to manage stock requirements, ensuring the team avoids excess levels and resulting wastage. Additionally, they will maintain adequate packaging supplies at our client's third-party manufacturing sites in Europe to meet year-round demand. The role involves building robust supplier relationships and overseeing contract manufacturing at 20+ supplier sites throughout Europe.

Forecast and plan inventory to meet future demand.
Place and expedite purchase orders with suppliers approved by the Supply Planning Manager.
Oversee packaging replenishment at UK 3PL (chilled).
Conduct month-end stock and packaging reconciliations at European sites.
Perform weekly stock level reviews and stock reconciliations, including packaging.
Analyse warehouse stock to identify opportunities for inventory reduction and optimization.
Drive ongoing inventory reduction and optimization initiatives to meet targets.
Provide coverage for the Supply Chain Team during absences and holidays.
Maintain accurate ERP data.
Extensive experience in supply planning gained within an FMCG environment (Ideally short shelf life/chilled).
Strong Excel skills.
Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Passionate about supply chain and food
