Social & Motion Designer - Beauty London – Hybrid
Competitive Salary

A much-loved beauty brand is looking for a Social & Motion Designer to join their dynamic London head office.

You will be creating content for their organic and paid social media channels, focusing on advanced motion graphics and campaign video production. You will develop and refine the brand's visual identity, manage and mentor junior designers, and lead innovative content creation and motion graphics projects.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute organic social media content
Advanced motion graphics, video editing and special effects
Video campaign and social media photoshoots, working closely with the producer to storyboard and art direct
Mentorship and workflow management
Analyse content performance, providing insights and strategic plans for future content

Requirements:
~2-4 years in a similar role
~ Proven leadership and mentorship abilities
~ InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro/After Effects
~ Strong video editing skills
~ Excellent understanding of paid and social media trends
