Perks you deserve In addition to an hourly rate of £13.35 ensuring you are paid for every hour worked, well support you in and out of the workplace by offering: Meals - Tasty and Varied Meals in our Associate Dining Facility Uniform Pension - entitlement if qualifying earnings are met Training - Statutory and on-the job Training program Pay - Minimum wage review and increase What youll do Complete regular walkrounds to ensure the building is secure Run end of day reports to close the days business results Process guest check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns Process check-outs and resolving any disputed charges What were looking for A night owl, ideally a person used to working nights A warm, people-oriented demeanour A team-first attitude Positive outlook and outgoing personality Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability

the team is smaller on nights which results in quick thinking, decision making and working together With this role you will be working on a casual basis, we can offer hours when available
