Applications are invited for the post of Workshop Manager to support our fleet maintenance function at our Gillmoss depot.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure that daily service targets are met, and all maintenance tasks are completed to exacting standards.
Through first-line supervision, you will control daily workshop loading, monitor H&S practices and ensure buses are in top condition for our customers.
You will also be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance; The role demands someone with energy, enthusiasm and the ability to motivate staff to meet the targets and the high standards we set for the maintenance and cleaning of our buses and to ensure that they are available for the deadlines required for the daily operation of our bus services.
You should possess an appropriate professional engineering qualification, have an eye for detail and have a passion for continuous improvement.
