**Workshop Controller**

Liverpool, Full time

**Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota, if you work a Saturday you will receive the following Wednesday afternoon as time off in lieu.**

**Salary £35,000.00 per annum with £44,000.00 OTE**

As the leader of our workshop, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. You will be responsible for managing resources, scheduling work efficiently, and maintaining workshop machinery and tools to the highest standard.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that work is delivered on time and to a level of excellence that exceeds customer expectations. You will be a key contributor to the success of our business, with your effective resource allocation and management ensuring our projects are completed to the highest possible standard. **Key responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the efficient running of the workshop and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Ensure the workshop machinery and tools are maintained, thus maintaining a professional workshop environment at all times.
- Install a ‘right first time’ mentality with all your direct reports.
- Provide technical support when required, during training or MOT testing.
- Ensure team compliance with processes to ensure recording and invoicing accuracy
- Ensure good housekeeping and security in the workshop, leading by example.
- Liaise with the Service department to ensure customers are kept informed and manage any complaints that may arise.

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Master technician: 1 year (required)
