IM&T Associate – (Business Relationship Management)

You will closely collaborate with the SSNA Programme and Information Management and Technology Product Groups to ensure the prioritisation and progression of IT Demand
Gain an understanding of user needs and upcoming business challenges and with that, being able toprovide appropriate feedback to IM&T stakeholders
Assist in fostering a collaborative culture between the ‘Programme’ and Information Management and Technology function which supports knowledge transfer and increase awareness of the ‘Programme’ across the IM&T community
Monitor KPIs (Business Value) and identify performance issues and improvements from a Programme perspective
Relationship building and interpersonal skills
Hold good experience of using various Microsoft Office software packages
An understanding of ITIL Framework

In this role, you will have the fantastic opportunity to partner with our Boat Programmes to increase the business value delivered by the IT organisation, its perception among our users, and help drive improvement back into the IM&T function.The team operates across the full IT lifecycle working with the business to identify and shape demand, delivering high quality input into investment planning, resource planning, demand management and delivery.
