Device Integration: Support the setup, configuration, and commissioning of connected devices to ensure they meet performance specs. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal engineers and third parties to resolve complex technical issues. Customer Training: Empower customers with the knowledge they need through comprehensive training sessions, both remotely and on-site. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Client-Facing Experience: You’ve worked in IT or system support roles and are confident in interacting with clients and end-users. Automation Enthusiasm: A strong interest in automation technologies and processes, with a good understanding of TCP/IP networks, Firewalls, and related systems. Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time, including the occasional overseas trip, as you help clients implement automation solutions. On-Call Readiness: Be part of our on-call rota, ensuring clients are supported whenever they need it, with additional rewards for out-of-hours support.
