Looking to joinone of the fastest growing companies in Europe? This is a newlycreated role will be supporting their European offices, primarilyLondon with travel to Germany and Spain too.

Duration: 6 months

Location: London (site based role with frequent travel)

Your role as Senior Desktop Engineer

  • Provide expert-level support for desktop-relatedtechnologies within a Microsoft environment.
  • Manage andmaintain Active Directory services, ensuring security and accesscontrols are upheld.
  • Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM)solutions, ensuring devices are configured, secured, and compliant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, bothremotely and on-site, across various European offices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement andsupport desktop-related projects and initiatives.
  • Assist inbasic networking tasks such as troubleshooting connectivity issues andensuring network integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role,with expertise in Microsoft technology stack.
  • Strongproficiency in Active Directory administration and management.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions,such as Intune or AirWatch.
  • Solid understanding of basicnetworking principles and protocols.
  • Excellentproblem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to travel to European offices as needed(approximately 20% travel).
  • Experience working in amultinational or global organization.
  • Familiarity with ITILbest practices.
