Their solutions include vinyl, laminate, wood, carpets, and carpet tiles.
Previous contract management experience in commercial flooring or a related market sector
CSCS Gold or Black card and SMSTS certification
UK driver's licence
Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive approach
In-depth knowledge of flooring materials, techniques, and trends
Commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD)
Proficient IT skills, including MS Office
Oversee commercial flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations
Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain project cost plans
Monitor and report on project progress, maintain up-to-date information and sign off timesheets and project completion for invoicing
Collaborate with sales consultants and clients to optimise project outcomes through value engineering
Monitor labour resource performance and health & safety compliance
Conduct pre-start inspections and site measures/planning
Company vehicle or car allowance
