We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global company seeking an experienced International Brand Manager for the Europe & Africa (E&A) region. This position focuses on leading marketing and new product development (NPD) efforts across the region for a portfolio of global brands.
Reporting to the International Senior Marketing Manager for Europe & Africa, you will apply your expertise in traditional, digital, and trade marketing to develop effective, insight-driven brand plans that enhance brand equity and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a brand enthusiast who can accelerate growth in existing markets and spearhead development in new markets, bringing energy and positivity to the wider E&A team. This role involves international travel across the E&A region, where you will engage with distributors, attend trade shows, and collaborate with agencies.

Act as the brand champion for the Mass portfolio in the E&A region.
- Ensure adherence to brand values across the distributor base through the execution of brand books.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop regionally relevant 360° marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on digital marketing.
- Liaise with International and UK Brand Managers on marketing plans, best practices, and NPD.
- Manage agencies to deliver relevant, high-quality content.
- Motivate, challenge, and support distributors in developing and executing marketing plans.
- Support distributors in developing trade marketing plans.
- Co-lead marketing efforts on key e-commerce platforms (e.g., Assist distributors with their brand websites.
- Support the regional sales team with brand presentations, in-store toolkits, and distributor visits.
- Manage market research and category data with agencies; analyze data to develop the brand.
- Digitally savvy with experience in digital marketing (planning and measuring).
- Experience in Trade Marketing is preferred.
- Proven track record in international marketing within the EMEA region.
- Significant marketing experience in FMCG, Beauty Devices, or Specialist Beauty sectors.
- Strong project management experience.
