Que ce soit mettre latable, communiquer avec la cuisine, interagir avec le client et leservir, ou nettoyer les zones de travail et les fournitures, l'experten Service client fait en sorte que les clients sentent que lestransactions font partie de l'expérience.Peu importe votre poste,certaines choses sont essentielles pour réussir - la création d'unlieu de travail sécuritaire, le respect des politiques et desprocédures de la société, le respect des normes de qualité et veillerà ce que votre uniforme, votre apparence personnelle et voscommunications soient professionnels. Le rôle d'expert en Serviceclient signifie être sur vos pieds et vous déplacer (se lever,s’asseoir ou marcher pendant une longue période de temps); se déplacersur des surfaces en pente, inégales ou glissantes; gérer le menu (lireet vérifier l'information visuellement), et mettre la main à la pâtedans votre travail (déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer etplacer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,4 kg) sans assistanceet 50 livres (22,7 kg) avec assistance; atteindre les objets au-dessusde la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire desrotations du corps, tirer et se baisser). Il est essentiel que lesexperts en Service client exécutent toutes ces tâches à la perfection(et toute autre tâche raisonnable qui leur est assignée) - ainsi, nosclients seront toujours satisfaits et notre entreprise continuera deprospérer.
