Develop a people strategy which drives business performance.
• Review existing HR processes and procedures, making changes or recommendations as appropriate
• Influence business decisions and consult with the business on HR initiatives.

A generalist Human Resources background with a commercially focused approach - specific experience in performance management, pay grading structures, staff appraisal and training programs is essential.
• Can translate policy and process into practical solutions.
