We are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, tailored education to our students with SEN, ensuring they receive the support and encouragement they need to thrive academically and personally.
Plan, prepare, and deliver individualised lessons and learning activities that cater to the unique needs and abilities of students with SEN.
Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to develop and implement personalised education plans (PEPs) and support strategies for students.
Participate in SEN reviews, multidisciplinary meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and practice in SEN provision.
Relevant degree in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEN specialism.
Previous experience teaching students with SEN in a school setting is essential.
Sound knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting the individual needs of students with SEN.
