The schools are looking for people who have experience working closely with children with Special educational needs whether that is in a school setting or a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be people who's passion it is to support these young people and ensure they have the best educational journey possible and receive the correct amount of support needed. The successful Teaching assistant will be someone who is always wanting to grow and will ensure they are building strong relationships with the pupils, staff and parents. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will: Be highly supportive of each student. Be patient and understanding. Strive to make a positive impact.
