CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Joy Limited – UK Distributor for Moroccanoil are looking for a customer service exec to join our dynamic, fast paced team as we enter an exciting new phase of growth.
We are looking for a forward thinking organised individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude, who has a passion for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and pay attention to detail.
You should be proficient in Microsoft programmes, be self-managing, and proactively follow up. Being a small team, we are looking for someone with excellent team spirit, willing to get involved in varied tasks and projects.
- Managing Customer Service mailbox, ensuring all enquires are responded to within 24 hrs.
- Answering inbound phone calls and from time to time making outbound support calls.
- Work closely with our logistics and marketing team to co-ordinate Customer Orders
- Process Customer Orders using Sage 50.
- Support with Team Events.
- Support Field Team with organising materials and admin.
- General Office Admin.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in project management, with excellent organisation skills.
- Numerate
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A highly organised individual.
Key Skills:
⁃ Sage 50
⁃ Excellent communication abilities.
⁃ Attention to detail for maintaining accurate product listings and pricing.
⁃ Customer relationship management skills.
⁃ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In an industry of Hair Care, it would be an added bonus to have experience within the haircare industry and have experience of Professional Color.
Salary Range £24k-£28k depending on experience
+ bonus scheme and generous staff discounts.
