Position Summary

This is a critical role, pivotal for the success of implementing ERP transformational change for our global engineering business, headquartered in Bath. Focused on our “DRIVE” programme of work, you will use your discretion to influence ways of working and ultimately be responsible for robust operational and strategic HR partnership.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of HR for Group Functions, you will play an important role in partnering with a number of senior stakeholders to support their delivery of work and together, drive substantial change.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a clear structure and set of programme accountabilities are in place and communicated across the business; you will work with communications teams to align all transformational related information. Steering the relevant recruitment and training aspects of the programme, you will have a dynamic scope of work where no one day will be the same.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, have great problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations and be resilient to unexpected challenges.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Worked in a medium/ large matrix organisation partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Experienced supporting change (restructures, mergers, redundancies etc.) and supporting leaders to deliver this
  • Experienced steering communication and recruitment teams to ensure their success despite evolving business landscapes

The Successful Candidate:

  • Has excellent planning and organisational skills – able to manage demands and priorities to meet deadlines
  • Has great problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
  • Is resilient to unexpected issues and evolving challenges
